Whole30 Recipes – Yogurt, Frozen

Now, I know what you hardcore Whole30ers are going to say. Frozen yogurt is totally cheating. We’re not supposed to make whole food versions of things, especially desserts (And pancakes. Don’t even think about making compliant pancakes. Which is totally doable. But don’t do it.).

Anyway, I am not condoning being a cheater and bending the rules on your Whole30. But I won’t judge you if you do, and I just had to share this recipe, because it’s delicious, super easy, and if you’re doing your Whole30 in the summer, it’s HOT, dammit!

If anything, when you’re done your Whole30, treat yourself with this so that you don’t binge on chocolate and give yourself a stomachache, like I did. Life lessons.

Ingredients:

-Frozen fruit
-Refrigerated coconut milk

Toss your frozen fruit of choice in a blender. Pour coconut milk over the berries, filling to about three quarters of the amount of fruit.

Blend. If it’s too chunky or thick, add a little more coconut milk and blend.

Grab a spoon, and try not to moan when you put this in your mouth.
