Whole30 Recipes – Pudding

Now technically, things that are remakes of treats with Whole30 compliant foods are a no no, because one of the points of the Whole30 is to get out of the habit of craving treats. So this is more of a day 31 treat when you’re doing the reintroduction process and you’ve been without sugar for so long that you’re feeling great and don’t want to fuck it up. That happens.

I disdovered this by accident, and I was so happy I did. You’ll definitely need a food processor or blender for this recipe.

Ingredients:
-1 avocado
-1 banana
-1 tbsp cocoa
-1 tbsp homemade almond or cashew butter

Put all ingredients in your machine and blend until smooth. Enjoy.

If you’re short avocado or banana, you can sub in the other. I just found that all avocado was too thick, and all banana wasn’t creamy enough. That’s why I like both.
